Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of OR Scrub Tech or related surgical experience preferred
• Familiarity with COVID-19 protocols and safety measures
• Ability to quickly adapt to different hospital environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current certifications relevant to the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and maintain a sterile environment
• Support surgeons and healthcare teams during procedures
• Ensure accurate handling of surgical instruments and supplies
• Follow all infection control and safety practices, especially relating to COVID-19
• Support patient care throughout surgical interventions
