Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent MICU experience (preferred)
• Experience caring for COVID-19 patients
• Registered Nurse license, current and in good standing
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced care for critically ill adults
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based care plans
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition using expert judgment
• Promote infection control best practices, especially regarding COVID-19
