Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, approximately 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
  • No on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts

Professional Growth:

  • Engage in morning team huddles with experienced OTs, RNs, and PTs
  • One-on-one mentorship and orientation, including EPIC EMR training
  • Daily case load allows for hands-on skill development and patient relationship building

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist (home health experience strongly preferred, but SNF or acute care considered)
  • Active Wisconsin OT license and BLS certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or higher)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
  • Comfortable with general OT evaluation/treatment (focus on ADLs, adaptive equipment)
  • Team player mindset; excellent communication with interdisciplinary teams
  • EPIC EMR experience is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide OT services for adult home health patients across Racine and Kenosha counties, typically 6 points/visits per day
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver adaptive, patient-specific care
  • Collaborate with RNs and PTs; participate in care planning and review
  • Accurately document visits in EPIC
  • Rotate between communities, with support for rare longer-distance visits
