Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid, current state licensure as an SLP
- At least one year of experience in home health or healthcare SLP roles

Role Overview & Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, speech, voice, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic techniques and progress
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with regulatory and agency standards
- Monitor, reassess, and adapt interventions based on patient progress and goals
