Schedule:
- Day shifts: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (7:00am–5:30pm)
- 1–2 weekday call shifts and 1–2 weekends on call per month
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in WV or compact state
- Minimum two years’ experience in Cath Lab; IR experience highly desirable
- Previous travel assignment experience preferred
- AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification required
- Housing within 30 minutes required for STEMI call response
- Ability to float within scope of practice
- Must reside at least 75 miles from assignment location
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Cath Lab, assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Take part in call rotation for rapid STEMI response
- Ensure precise documentation and adhere to evidence-based protocols
- Float to related units as needed within professional scope
