This contract assignment is ideal for skilled professionals with expertise in both Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures, seeking to make an immediate impact in a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Start times: 7:00am–3:30pm, 8:00am–4:30pm, or 9:00am–5:30pm
  • Rotating shifts and days
  • On-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent certification as required
  • Demonstrated experience in Cath Lab and EP Tech procedures
  • Knowledge of imaging equipment and sterile technique in interventional settings
  • Previous on-call experience in a hospital or acute care environment strongly preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Ability to respond effectively in high-acuity, rapidly changing situations
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, operate, and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment during cardiac catheterizations and EP studies
  • Provide technical support for diagnostic and interventional procedures, including device implantation and ablations
  • Monitor patient vital signs and anticipate team needs throughout procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal care and safety
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide rapid response coverage as needed
