Make a significant impact in cardiovascular healthcare by utilizing your expertise in the Cath Lab. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled professional with experience in both Cath Lab Technology and Electrophysiology (EP), supporting high-acuity cardiac procedures in a team-driven environment.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts with start times at 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Rotating shifts and days
  • Night, weekend, and holiday call required (in rotation)

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in Imaging for Cath Lab and EP Lab environments
  • Prior experience as a Cath Lab Tech and EP Tech
  • Registry certification in radiology (ARRT) or cardiovascular technology (RCIS/RCES) preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Strong ability to adapt in high-pressure clinical settings
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communicator and collaborator within multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and calibrate imaging and electrophysiology equipment for cardiac procedures
  • Support physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and EP studies
  • Monitor patient status and document procedure notes with accuracy
  • Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and compliance standards
  • Participate in on-call rotation, providing skilled support during non-regular hours
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes
