Qualifications:

• Certification or registry in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent, with Cath Lab imaging experience
• Valid and current state licensure (if applicable)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong understanding of Cath Lab protocols and sterile techniques
• Familiarity with angiographic procedures, contrast administration, and monitoring patient responses
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment in the Cath Lab for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Assist physicians as a scrub and circulate in complex cardiac procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes during procedures
• Ensure accurate imaging documentation and patient records in adherence to facility protocols
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment with strict adherence to infection control guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient care throughout each procedure
• Provide patient education and comfort before, during, and after their Cath Lab experience
