Cath Lab Technician - Green Cove Springs, FL

An opportunity is available for an experienced professional skilled in Imaging - Cath Lab procedures to contribute expertise in a dynamic hospital environment. Immediate placement is required for a Cath Lab Technologist, with an additional need for a Cath RN or EP Tech to support cardiovascular imaging and interventional procedures. This contract position supports a vital clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 7:00am to 6:00pm

Key Qualifications:

• Proven Cath Lab experience as a Technologist, Cath RN, or EP Tech
• Proficient in all aspects of imaging and catheterization procedures
• Current and valid professional certification/license as required by discipline
• Advanced knowledge of electrophysiology or cath lab technologies (preferred for EP Tech and RN)
• Detail-oriented with strong technical skills and the ability to respond quickly in emergent situations
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment in the Cath Lab
• Monitor patient status, document procedural details, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
• Support the preparation and aftercare of patients undergoing cath or EP procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and manage necessary supplies and inventory within the lab
• Deliver patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinical environment
