Ready to advance your career in a high-impact hospital environment? This opportunity calls for an experienced professional skilled in Imaging—specifically Cath Lab, Cath Lab Tech, and EP Tech roles. The position focuses on supporting crucial cardiac procedures and advanced electrophysiology cases as part of a specialized team. This is a contract role with an immediate start date.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts with rotating start times: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Rotating days, including on-call responsibilities for nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with strong proficiency in both Cath Lab and EP (Electrophysiology) procedures
  • Current national certification (RCIS or ARRT preferred) and BLS/ACLS certifications required
  • Proven track record in a busy hospital or cardiac care setting
  • Excellent ability to work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, and other allied health professionals
  • Meticulous attention to safety protocols and infection control
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to rapid changes in caseload or schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with cardiac catheterizations, device implants, ablations, and electrophysiology studies
  • Prepare rooms and equipment for a range of interventional cardiology procedures
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and procedural data accurately
  • Ensure all imaging equipment is functional, calibrated, and cleaned according to policy
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations as part of the on-call team, providing expert technical support
