Cath Lab in Mashpee, MA

Step into a vital role supporting advanced cardiac care as a Cath Lab Tech with Electrophysiology (EP) experience. This contract position provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic imaging environment, delivering critical support for cardiac catheterization and EP procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts with start times at 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Rotating shifts and days
• On-call responsibilities rotate, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech, with hands-on EP Tech expertise
• Proficiency in operating specialized imaging equipment for cardiac and electrophysiology procedures
• Solid understanding of sterile techniques, cardiac anatomy, and interventional procedures
• Ability to remain calm and precise under pressure in acute care settings
• Current certifications appropriate to the role (e.g., ARRT or RCIS)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and technical equipment for cardiac catheterizations, ablations, pacemaker insertions, and other EP procedures
• Assist physicians and EP teams throughout diagnostic and interventional processes
• Monitor patient status during and immediately following procedures
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times
• Document procedure details and imaging results accurately within medical records
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing education activities
