An exciting opportunity is open for an experienced Cath Lab Tech who is ready to make a difference in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract position plays a key role in supporting cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures and providing high-quality patient care as a valued member of the healthcare team.

Schedule:

  • 4x10 hour shifts per week
  • 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech, with strong skills in imaging and cardiac catheterization lab procedures
  • Proficiency in assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stent placement, and EP studies
  • Current certification and licensure as required for Cath Lab Technologists
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced situations and respond effectively to urgent patient needs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and support
  • Operate imaging equipment with expertise and maintain a sterile environment in the lab
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs throughout procedures
  • Prepare equipment, supplies, and sterile field before each case
  • Provide post-procedure care by monitoring patients and reporting abnormal findings to the team
  • Maintain accurate records, contributing to quality assurance and compliance
