Exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in the Cath Lab to contribute expertise in a dynamic imaging environment. This contract position offers a chance to work alongside a collaborative clinical team, providing critical patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Recent experience working in a Cath Lab setting
  • Proficiency with all aspects of Cath Lab imaging equipment and protocols
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during high-acuity situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert nursing care throughout all phases of cardiac catheterization cases, including pre, intra, and post-procedure
  • Operate, monitor, and assist with Cath Lab imaging technology and related equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, promptly recognizing any changes or complications
  • Administer medications and assist with interventions as directed by physicians
  • Provide thorough patient and family education regarding procedures, post-care, and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
  • Observe strict infection control and safety protocols at all times

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
