Schedule/Hours
- Travel assignment (full-time hours; schedule details to be confirmed with the clinical team)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in the cardiac catheterization laboratory for invasive cardiovascular procedures
- Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision
- Assist physicians during radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures, serve as scrub assistant, and maintain strict sterile conditions
- Operate and monitor imaging equipment and document procedure images and events in the control room
- Educate patients and families about procedures, expectations, and pre- and post-procedure care
- Maintain orderliness and adequate stock levels in the unit for complex interventions and diagnostic cases
- Complete daily, progress, and discharge records per departmental standards, and accurately document productivity
- Actively participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives; identify and address potential hazards
- Embrace and promote organizational mission and values through professional and service-oriented behavior
- Support additional unit tasks as needed
