Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Proficient in imaging technology specific to cardiac and vascular procedures
• Demonstrated ability to maintain sterile conditions during clinical procedures
• Comfortable operating imaging equipment and monitoring in the control room
• Collaborative approach to assisting physicians and working alongside multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills for educating patients and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Support physicians throughout invasive cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab
• Act as scrub assistant, helping to maintain a sterile field
• Operate and manage advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images and accurate documentation
• Educate patients and their families about procedure expectations and care before and after interventions
• Maintain organized and properly stocked work areas for both diagnostic and complex interventions
• Complete thorough, accurate documentation for each patient’s procedure and progress
• Contribute to ongoing patient safety and quality improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process or safety improvements
