Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab.
- Assist physicians during radiological imaging and act as a scrub assistant, maintaining sterility.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment and monitor/document procedures from the control room.
- Deliver patient care under RN supervision and educate patients and families about procedures.
- Maintain inventory for diagnostic/interventional supplies and assure unit cleanliness.
- Complete daily, progress, and discharge documentation in line with departmental standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, proactively addressing issues.
- Uphold organization’s mission, vision, and values through professional conduct.
- Perform additional related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Cath Lab Tech or in a related imaging role.
- Proficiency in invasive cardiovascular procedures and operating imaging technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong documentation and patient education skills.
