Imaging professionals here gain invaluable exposure to a STEMI receiving facility, operating across advanced, multi-purpose suites. You’ll collaborate with a seasoned team, learn from diverse leadership and adapt to a fast-paced environment averaging 10-22 complex cardiac, vascular, peripheral, and neuro intervention cases daily. Enhance your expertise through hands-on responsibilities, rotating assignments, and structured team dynamics supported by both a Lead Tech and a collaborative multidisciplinary staff.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Rotate on-call duties for inpatient and emergent cases, typically one weeknight per week.
  • Weekend call occurs one weekend per month (Friday evening through Monday morning); subject to departmental needs.

Qualifications:

  • Active ARRT, Fluoroscopy, and BLS certifications (RCIS or CCT not accepted)
  • Current, robust Cath Lab experience required
  • Comfortable managing conscious and moderate sedation, airway, and procedural processes
  • Proficient with cardiac drips (Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors) and balloon pump operation
  • Experience in cardiac, vascular, peripheral, general IR & neuro intervention cases
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Not open to first-time travelers

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support a five-suite Cath Lab performing diverse intervention cases
  • Alternate between scrubbing, monitoring hemodynamics, and other assigned roles by the Lead Tech
  • Collaborate with RNs for procedures involving conscious sedation
  • Ensure quality patient care and accurate documentation throughout all cases
