Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification or registry as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS, ARRT, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Proficient in all Cath Lab procedures, including assisting with diagnostic and interventional studies
• Ability to operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment and related technology
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and infection control procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related imaging procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment in the Cath Lab
• Assist physicians and nursing staff during invasive cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Monitor patient status, document clinical data, and respond rapidly to emergencies
• Ensure accurate image capture, processing, and data storage according to established protocols
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality assurance activities and ongoing Cath Lab education
