Step into an exciting contract opportunity for a skilled imaging professional with expertise in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. This position focuses on supporting a Cath Lab where approximately 40% of cases are radiology-based, including on-call coverage. The role requires versatility, including scrubbing and monitoring devices during both interventional and cardiology procedures.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- 13-week contract assignment
- 1–2 call nights per week
- Weekend call every 3rd or 4th weekend
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with both EP (Electrophysiology) and IR (Interventional Radiology) experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform both scrub and monitoring roles for device implants and ablations
- Comfort with interventional procedures across both radiology and cardiology cases
- Completion of an IR skills checklist
- ARRT certification required
- Must provide on-call coverage for radiology cases as part of your rotation
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (no local candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of cath lab procedures, including scrubbing and monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes
- Monitor and document procedures with accuracy and attention to patient safety
- Participate in on-call schedule, responding to urgent interventional radiology and cath lab needs

$2,813 - $2,976/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
