Schedule/Hours:
- Choice of 4x10 days (7:00a-5:30p) or 5x8 days (7:30a-4:00p)
- On-call rotation: 1 weekday, 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks (including holidays)
- 13-week assignment with possibility of extension
- Start: ASAP
Core Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Registered ARRT (R.T.(R))
- BCLS and ACLS (within probationary period)
- WV Medical Imaging License required (can submit with license pending)
- 1.5-2 years’ Cath Lab and Diagnostic Cardiac Cath experience (Travel experience required)
- Experience in diagnostic & interventional cardiology/peripheral intervention
- Electrophysiology Lab and Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Proficiency with Siemens and Cerner systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with endovascular and cardiac cath lab procedures
- Accurately monitor and document patient hemodynamics
- Scrub, maintain a sterile field, prepare access sites, and monitor for arrhythmias
- Operate and maintain advanced cath lab technology and imaging equipment
- Perform vascular procedures including PCI, PTCA, IABP, laser-assisted, and more
- Complete all competence assessments and meet licensure/ACC requirements
