Travel Cath Lab Technologist - Bruceton Mills, WV

Schedule/Hours:

• Choice of 4x10 days (7:00a-5:30p) or 5x8 days (7:30a-4:00p)
• On-call rotation: 1 weekday, 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks (including holidays)
• 13-week assignment with possibility of extension
• Start: ASAP

Core Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Registered ARRT (R.T.(R))
• BCLS and ACLS (within probationary period)
• WV Medical Imaging License required (can submit with license pending)
• 1.5-2 years’ Cath Lab and Diagnostic Cardiac Cath experience (Travel experience required)
• Experience in diagnostic & interventional cardiology/peripheral intervention
• Electrophysiology Lab and Interventional Radiology experience preferred
• Proficiency with Siemens and Cerner systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with endovascular and cardiac cath lab procedures
• Accurately monitor and document patient hemodynamics
• Scrub, maintain a sterile field, prepare access sites, and monitor for arrhythmias
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab technology and imaging equipment
• Perform vascular procedures including PCI, PTCA, IABP, laser-assisted, and more
• Complete all competence assessments and meet licensure/ACC requirements
