Deliver advanced care in a dynamic, high-acuity environment at a leading teaching hospital recognized for excellence as a Level I Trauma Center, Magnet Designated facility, Chest Pain Center, and Stroke Center. Work in a state-of-the-art cardiac and vascular unit offering exposure to diverse, complex cases—including NON-STEMI, STEMI, TAVR, Watchman, Mitral Clip, and challenging vascular interventions such as lower extremity angiograms and EVAR/TEVAR procedures.
Schedule/Hours:
- Four (10-hour) day shifts per week: 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Schedule cycles every 4 weeks
- Weekend and on-call rotations discussed during interview
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
- ARRT-R or RCIS certification, as well as BLS and ACLS
- Willingness to learn advanced vascular procedures (endografts, EVAR, TEVAR) if not already experienced
- Peripheral angiogram/run-off experience required
- Vascular lab or IR experience highly preferred
- First-time travelers welcomed for consideration
Responsibilities:
- Assist in a range of cardiac and vascular procedures in well-equipped cath lab environments (4 cardiac, 3 vascular rooms)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including VAD, ECMO, IV/VAT, charge nurses, and RTs
- Use advanced technology: EPIC EMR, Merge Hemo, Alaris Pumps, Philips/GE/Siemens imaging systems
- Ensure prompt response to patient needs during on-call assignments and planned rotations
- Provide exceptional care to complex patient populations in a renowned teaching hospital
