Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Demonstrated experience in a hospital or clinical cardiac imaging setting.
  • Proficiency in operating imaging equipment used in catheterization labs.
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and cath lab protocols.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent credential is preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Prepare and calibrate imaging equipment prior to patient procedures.
  • Monitor patient status and provide support throughout all stages of the procedure.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient records.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
