Key Qualifications:

• Certification and experience as a Cath Lab Technologist required
• Proficiency in imaging protocols and procedures specific to Cath Lab settings
• Strong understanding of cardiac catheterization, angiography, and interventional radiology
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high standards of patient care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including setup and sterilization of instruments
• Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images used for physician diagnosis and treatment planning
• Monitor patient status during procedures and provide direct support to physicians and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient records, and equipment usage
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the Cath Lab environment
• Educate and comfort patients throughout the procedural process
• Participate in routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
