Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent) required
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in Cath Lab imaging procedures
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting
  • Competent in operating fluoroscopy, image intensifiers, and other specialized imaging equipment
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and patient interaction skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (current)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate advanced imaging equipment for interventional cardiology procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout procedures, providing immediate response to any changes
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
  • Complete accurate documentation of procedures, imaging data, and equipment usage
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and perform regular quality assurance checks
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
