Step into a vital role supporting advanced cardiac care by providing technical expertise in a busy cath and electrophysiology lab setting. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and offers a dynamic full-time schedule with a progressive, patient-focused team.

Schedule:

  • Full-time weekdays: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with one variable weekday off each week
  • On-call: Required 1 weekend per month (5:00 p.m. Friday – 6:30 a.m. Monday) and 4 weeknights per month (5:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. next day)
  • No weekend shifts outside of scheduled on-call responsibilities

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a cath/EP lab environment
  • Proficiency with scrubbing for all heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures
  • Familiarity with the Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working independently when necessary
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Certifications/Education:

  • Current ACLS and BLS certification required
  • RCIS or RCES licensure preferred; ARRT licensure acceptable if accompanied by scrub experience in intervention cath labs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a wide range of cath and EP procedures as a primary scrub tech
  • Prepare rooms, ensure sterile environments, and manage supplies and equipment before, during, and after procedures
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other diagnostic imaging team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Document cases accurately utilizing the Merge Hemo system when applicable

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
