Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cath lab imaging equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff during procedures.
- Monitor patient condition throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to imaging and interventions.
- Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and follow-up care as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies.
- Maintain cath lab supplies and help troubleshoot equipment issues.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or relevant imaging credential required.
- Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with invasive cardiovascular procedures and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach.
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
