Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified or registered as a Cath Lab Technologist or in an equivalent credentialed program
  • Demonstrated experience with cath lab procedures and imaging technology
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, interventional equipment, and sterile technique
  • Ability to accurately monitor and document patient vitals during procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cath lab imaging equipment
  • Monitor patient status and safety throughout all procedures
  • Prepare procedure rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and sterile
  • Accurately document patient data, procedural details, and outcomes within electronic medical records
  • Follow protocols for radiation safety and patient confidentiality at all times
  • Educate and support patients and their families regarding cath lab procedures

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
