Cath Lab Technologist - Concord, NC

A healthcare facility is seeking a skilled professional to support its cardiac imaging department as a Cath Lab Tech. Qualifications:

• ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent Cath Lab Tech certification required
• Proven experience operating imaging equipment in a catheterization laboratory
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and radiation safety protocols
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced clinical situations
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures and responding to needs throughout the process
• Conduct quality control checks on imaging equipment and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and imaging results
• Monitor supplies and support equipment/inventory management for the lab
