Advance your skills in a dynamic cardiac cath lab setting, making a direct impact on patient outcomes alongside a collaborative healthcare team. This contract role is ideal for experienced Cath Lab Techs eager to work in a supportive environment with an emphasis on teamwork, quality care, and professional growth.

Schedule:

  • Day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, or 10-hour days, 7:00 am–5:30 pm, four days per week
  • Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
  • On-call rotation and some holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

  • Rad Tech State Licensure
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • 2–3 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech, with proficiency in both routine and emergent procedures
  • EKG test required upon submission
  • Ability to float to Munster Cath Lab if needed
  • Team-oriented attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a 2-bed lab with 1:1 patient ratios
  • Care for a diverse patient population, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergent cases
  • Accurately utilize cath lab equipment and EMR (EPIC Cupid) to document patient care
  • Maintain high safety standards and strict adherence to protocols
  • Participate in unit orientation and complete all required education modules before starting

  • Scrub uniforms in blue are provided
  • No equipment is issued; all necessary tools are available onsite
  • Friendly guidance on parking and first-day orientation is provided
