Experienced professionals in cardiovascular imaging have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Cath Lab environment known for progressive technology and quality patient care. Schedule & Hours
- Day shift: 5x8-hour shifts (06:45 – 15:15)
- Five days per week; schedules vary based on departmental staffing
- Every other weekend coverage required
- On call up to three times weekly and every other weekend; weekday call rotates with weekends
- Must be able to respond within 30 minutes
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of Cath Lab experience (no first-time travelers)
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), and LSRTBE state license (temporary license available with prompt application)
- Proficient in embolization, coiling, ablations, and device implants (ports, pacemakers, ICDs)
- Skilled in Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotoblator, laser, and thrombectomy devices
- Demonstrated experience with STEMI care, aiming for FTB/DTB under 60 minutes
- Capable of performing peripheral, EP, and IR procedures
- Ability to work independently with all Cath Lab cases
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a diverse range of cardiac, peripheral, vascular, diagnostic, and interventional procedures
- Maintain high standards of patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team
- Support and educate colleagues, sharing expertise as needed
- Adapt to departmental needs, including participation on Emergency Teams during facility events as designated by unit management
