Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time travel assignment
  • Flexible scheduling may be available based on facility needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterizations and angiographic procedures, ensuring optimal image quality
  • Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians with various cardiac interventions
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
  • Accurately document patient data, imaging results, and procedure information within electronic medical records
  • Support patient comfort and provide clear communication throughout procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent; specialized Cath Lab credential preferred
  • State licensure or eligibility as applicable
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience in an acute care or hospital setting
  • Proficiency with imaging equipment and familiarity with current best practices
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
