Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - Edison, California

Working in this facility, you’ll have direct exposure to state-of-the-art suites—dedicated specifically for coronary, peripheral, vascular/neuro, and electrophysiology cases. In addition to clinical skill development, you’ll benefit from working alongside seasoned Lead Techs and experienced teams, ensuring you learn industry-best practices and various approaches to patient care. Plus, Edison’s accessible location is ideal for day trips and weekend adventures, helping you strike the perfect work-life balance during your assignment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating weeknight call (1 night per week)
• Weekend call (1 weekend/month; Friday evening-Monday morning; subject to change with unit needs)

Qualifications:

• ARRT, Fluoro, and BLS certifications required
• No first-time travelers
• Must have recent cath lab experience
• Background in conscious & moderate sedation, airway management, and cardiac drip administration (Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors)
• Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps strongly preferred
• Capable of handling a dynamic range of IR & neuro interventional cases
• RCIS or CCT not accepted

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a team of technologists and RNs for case coverage
• Rotate through scrub, monitoring, and hemodynamics roles
• Contribute to smooth workflow in high-volume suites (up to 22 cases/day)
• Adhere to safety and best-practice protocols
