Schedule/Hours:
- Three 12-hour shifts, variable start time between 6:00am–8:00pm
- Participation in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation as required by department needs
In this role, you will:
- Support a variety of high-acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures, including emergent and advanced interventions
- Scrub and circulate in electrophysiology procedures: ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems (Micra, Aveir)
- Scrub and assist in cardiac catheterization procedures: diagnostic, interventional (PCI, atherectomy), and mechanical circulatory support (Impella, IABP, temporary pacing)
- Assist with neurointerventional and peripheral vascular interventions, as well as vascular access, sheath management, and closure devices
- Work closely with a skilled team to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- State of CT Radiographer license and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab
- Proficient in advanced cardiovascular, EP, neurointerventional, and structural heart laboratory procedures
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Advanced skills in vascular access and closure devices
- Preferred: Familiarity with Siemens equipment, additional expertise in TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, Watchman, and experience with ICE, IVUS, OCT, 3D mapping
