Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Certification as a Cath Lab Tech or equivalent imaging technician credential
• Proven experience operating imaging equipment in a cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Familiarity with standard protocols for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating effective communication and adaptability
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment to assist with cardiac catheterizations and related procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient care
• Monitor patients during procedures, identifying and reporting changes in status
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols
• Document observations, procedures, and outcomes accurately in patient records
• Proactively assist with maintaining equipment, inventory, and procedural room readiness
