Cath Lab Technologist in Fenton, MI

Advance your career in cardiac imaging by supporting vital procedures in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Skilled Cath Lab Technologists are needed for a 13-week contract role, contributing expertise to complex cardiovascular and electrophysiology (EP) cases.

Schedule:

• Full-time, weekdays, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• One variable weekday off each week
• On-call rotation: 1 weekend per month (Friday 5 p.m.–Monday 6:30 a.m.) plus 4 weeknights per month (5 p.m.–6:30 a.m. next day)
• No regularly scheduled weekends outside of on-call responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–2 years recent experience in a cath/EP lab setting
• Expertise scrubbing for all heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures
• Ability to work independently and seamlessly within a clinical team
• Proficiency with Merge Hemo documentation system is a definite asset
• RCIS or RCES licensure strongly preferred; ARRT licensure considered with demonstrated cath lab scrub experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support all aspects of interventional cardiac, vascular, and EP procedures
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment to ensure patient safety and procedure accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Accurately document procedures using facility systems (knowledge of Merge Hemo desirable)
• Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism during routine and on-call shifts

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
