Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist | Flint, Michigan

Take your expertise in advanced imaging and cardiovascular care to the next level in a dynamic cath/EP lab setting. This contract position offers a unique opportunity for skilled cath lab technologists to play a vital role in delivering critical cardiovascular services alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Full-time, weekdays: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm, with one variable weekday off each week
• On-call required: 1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 pm – Monday 6:30 am)
• 4 weeknights of on-call per month (5:00 pm – 6:30 am next day)
• No additional weekend commitment beyond on-call

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ hands-on cath/EP lab experience
• Proven ability to scrub for all categories of heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures
• Familiarity with Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
• RCIS or RCES licensure strongly preferred; ARRT acceptable with experience in scrubbing for interventional heart caths
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong independent and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive scrub duties across a range of complex cath and EP procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and technical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Accurately document patient care in Merge Hemo (training provided if necessary)
• Maintain readiness for scheduled and on-call assignments, responding to emergent needs as they arise
• Support continuous improvement through adherence to best practices and effective communication

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
