Key Qualifications:
- ARRT certification or equivalent in radiologic technology
- Valid and current state licensure as required
- Minimum of one year of recent Cath Lab experience
- Strong knowledge of cardiac imaging procedures and equipment
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with patient positioning
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during procedures
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and complies with safety standards
- Document procedure details and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide high-quality imaging results to support optimal patient care
- Adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols
