Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Cath Lab Tech in an imaging environment
• Strong understanding of Cath Lab protocols, equipment, and sterile technique
• Ability to assist physicians in radiological imaging during cardiac and vascular procedures
• Skilled in operating imaging equipment and maintaining documentation in real-time
• Knowledge of infection control and safety standards within a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with the care team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support throughout invasive cardiovascular procedures
• Provide patient care in coordination with nursing and medical staff
• Assist with radiological imaging, acting as scrub assistant and ensuring sterile conditions
• Operate imaging equipment, monitor procedures from the control room, and accurately document procedure images and events
• Educate patients and families regarding procedural expectations and post-procedure care
• Maintain cleanliness and required stock levels in the Cath Lab
• Complete timely and accurate progress, discharge, and productivity documentation
• Engage in quality and patient safety initiatives, actively seeking opportunities for process improvement
• Identify and address potential safety hazards to promote a safe environment for patients and staff
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional conduct and service standards

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
