Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Tech or previous experience in a similar imaging role
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting advanced imaging equipment in a cardiac catheterization lab
- Strong understanding of sterile technique, radiation safety, and patient positioning
- Ability to perform under pressure in urgent or emergent situations with a professional, team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, nurses, and physicians
- BLS/ACLS certification (preferred or required, as applies)
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records and equipment logs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare the cath lab, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use
- Monitor and document patient information consistently throughout procedures
- Position patients appropriately and ensure their safety and comfort at all times
- Manage and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
- Adhere strictly to all infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide clear communication and support for patients and healthcare team members during procedures

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
