Step into a pivotal role supporting essential procedures in cardiac care as a Cath Lab Technologist. This contract position is ideal for professionals with a focus on imaging support for catheterization lab services. You'll work directly alongside physicians and healthcare teams to produce real-time diagnostic images, making a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in a cath lab setting, operating imaging equipment
  • Working knowledge of sterile technique and patient monitoring
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and invasive cardiology procedures
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Proven ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-paced, critical care environment

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time hours; shift details will be discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate specialized imaging equipment to assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during procedures
  • Ensure all imaging meets quality standards and complies with applicable regulations
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields in accordance with protocol
  • Accurately document procedural information and imaging results
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
