Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent
- ARRT (R.T.) or RCIS credentials highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience operating imaging equipment in a cath lab setting
- Skilled in assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures
- Knowledge of sterile field protocol and patient safety practices
- Ability to interpret cardiac anatomy and perform quality imaging assessments
- Strong communication abilities and aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the catheterization lab, ensuring all imaging equipment is functioning properly
- Assist physicians and other staff during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging systems to capture high-quality images during procedures
- Monitor patient status, providing immediate response and support during emergencies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures performed
- Help maintain strict adherence to infection control guidelines and hospital protocols
- Support patient education and provide reassurance throughout the procedure process

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
