Specialized expertise is needed for this Imaging – Cath Lab Tech role within a high-performing cardiac care unit. Work alongside a collaborative team utilizing advanced technology such as MacLab, GE, and Philips equipment to deliver crucial patient diagnostics and interventional procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Valid credentials as either a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Radiology Tech
• Experience in a fast-paced, 33-bed unit, working closely with a diverse staff
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Proven ability to function independently and as a team player in a dynamic environment

Schedule:

• Day shifts only; no regular night shifts
• Call coverage required for evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Support a range of imaging and interventional procedures including cardiac cath, interventional coronary cases, structural heart, and peripheral interventions
• Operate and manage imaging equipment (MacLab, GE, Philips) in alignment with industry standards and protocols
• Accurately document procedures and findings in the Meditech system
• Maintain clear communication with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless, quality patient care delivery
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including wearing provided hospital OR scrubs
