Cath Lab Technologist in Huntersville, NC

Schedule/Hours

• 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• Shift: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend rotation: 2 weekends per month
• On-call: 1-2 call nights per week and 2 weekdays on call, as detailed in interviews
• Holiday requirement: one holiday per contract, if applicable

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Tech with advanced imaging skills
• Current, valid credentials/certifications as required by applicable regulations
• Proficient in operating cath lab equipment and associated imaging technology
• Ability to perform under pressure in acute clinical situations
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Prepare and operate imaging and specialized cath lab equipment
• Monitor patient status and procedural safety throughout all interventions
• Document clinical findings and maintain clear, accurate records according to hospital policy
• Participate actively in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergent cases
