Key Qualifications:

  • Current credentials as a Cath Lab Technologist

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume cath lab setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and interventional cardiology procedures
  • Ability to rapidly assess and respond to emergent situations
  • Commitment to maintaining patient safety and adhering to infection control protocols
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with physicians and care teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Assist physicians during catheterizations, angioplasties, and electrophysiology studies
  • Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient data in electronic health records systems
  • Monitor patient status throughout procedures and provide necessary support
  • Maintain a sterile environment and manage inventory of supplies in the lab
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ongoing education as required

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
