Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited program in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiology, or a related discipline.
• Valid certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS, ARRT, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in a Cath Lab environment, with proficiency in interventional cardiology procedures.
• Strong understanding of radiographic imaging techniques and radiation safety protocols.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and maintain focus during complex procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Cath Lab imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality.
• Prepare procedure rooms and assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, reactions, and procedural events.
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control policies.
• Accurately capture, store, and retrieve medical images per facility protocol.
• Provide compassionate care and clear explanations to patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff for seamless workflow.
• Keep detailed procedural records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

$3,146 - $3,328/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
