This Radiological Technologist role requires expertise in scrubbing and circulating interventional cardiac catheterizations, as well as invasive vascular procedures within a busy Cath Lab. You’ll gain firsthand insight into innovative approaches for coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, and stenting—broadening your clinical skill set and professional perspective. Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and assist with a range of interventional cardiac and vascular procedures
- Circulate during STEMI interventions and operate necessary imaging equipment
- Maintain knowledge of supplies and devices for all procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call STEMI rotation (call schedule discussed individually)
Qualifications:
- Registered Radiological Technologist (ARRT)
- Proven experience in a cath lab, specifically in cardiac and vascular interventions
- Proficiency with angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, and stenting procedures
- Familiarity with inventory and sterile techniques for coronary and peripheral cases
- Flexibility to participate in STEMI on-call shifts
