Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified Cath Lab Technologist, with documented experience in a hospital or clinical catheterization laboratory
  • Demonstrated proficiency with imaging equipment and Cath Lab procedures
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and relevant procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate imaging and interventional equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures
  • Assist physicians during catheterization, angioplasty, and stenting, ensuring adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols
  • Monitor patient status and vital signs before, during, and after procedures, responding quickly to any urgent changes
  • Maintain accurate procedure documentation and assist with post-procedural patient care instructions
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance within the Cath Lab
