Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, specializing in imaging and catheterization lab procedures
• Valid and current ARRT or equivalent certification in Radiologic Technology
• Proficiency with imaging equipment, fluoroscopy, and related technologies
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and radiation safety protocols
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to patient care standards
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate imaging and diagnostic equipment before, during, and after catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians with interventional cardiac and vascular procedures, monitoring patient status throughout
• Adhere to established protocols to ensure high-quality images and patient safety
• Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records, and follow confidentiality guidelines
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting as needed
• Provide patient education and support before and after procedures
