Qualifications and Experience:

  • ARRT certification or credentialing as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Previous experience working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or similar interventional setting strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with vascular and cardiac procedures, imaging equipment, and sterile technique.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable shifts and on-call hours may apply, supporting the needs of both patients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist cardiologists, physicians, and nurses during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
  • Prepare, operate, and maintain cath lab imaging equipment.
  • Accurately monitor and document patient vitals, procedure details, and imaging results.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and radiation safety standards at all times.
  • Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked procedure room.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
