Exciting opportunity for a Cath Lab Technologist with expertise in imaging and cardiac catheterization. This contract role is designed for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic Cath Lab environment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Some on-call shifts required

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification welcomed
  • Previous experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with proficiency in imaging technology
  • Strong understanding of cardiac catheterization procedures and safety protocols
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative medical team
  • Cannot be a local resident of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties
  • Quick adaptability and readiness to start as soon as possible

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate imaging and catheterization equipment in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Support physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Monitor patient status throughout the procedure, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to high standards of patient care
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond quickly as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
